How you will do it
- Able to understand contract terms and conditions and devise actional compliant strategies that will meet/exceed Customer expectations
- Responsible for training and maintaining high standards of safety and operational competency.
- Review and proactively establishing operational procedures to consistently meet and exceed the performance expectations of the Customer in the most safe and costeffective manner.
- Manage, direct and schedule daytoday and longrange activities by assigning resources to projects and scheduling staff to fulfill O&M contractual obligations.
- Responsible for assigning resources to projects and scheduling the staff to fulfill O&M
- Provide technical and management direction to maintenance service contractor(s).
- Provide timely and effective communications with all employee levels within the project, the Customer's organization, and JCI
- Communicates with client and other facility occupants to ensure customer satisfaction and
- Responsible to monitor and manage the Operational CMMS System.
- Maintains and updates all assigned systems.
- Establish process performance metrics; around work request by scheduling, tracking, analyzing, and reporting performance in terms of completion, quality, safety, costs and Customer Satisfaction.
- Provides regular management reports as requested by the O&M team and the client.
- May be required to be on call 24/7 to provide telephone assistance as well as emergency
- Coordinates and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance to all site policies as well as all city, state, and federal license and certification requirements.
- Maintains and submits all records and documents to proper authorities.
- Reviews all work and assures performance in accordance with established procedures.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures and adheres to company standards.
- Performs other duties as required.
What we look for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience.
- Two years of management leadership experience
- Functional knowledge of construction and Project Management.
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Able to manage and train entrylevel personnel.
- Able to deal with customers and others at all levels.
- Advanced MS Office computer skills.
- Demonstrated technical writing skills.
- Must be a team player, committed to working in a quality environment.
