    Assistant Elementary Teacher Position at Montessori School

    Your Role:

    We are looking for dedicated Assistant Elementary Teachers to work with children aged 6-12 years old. As part of our team, you will have the chance to participate in our fully sponsored Montessori training program, which will not only help you professionally but also personally.

    Benefits of this full-time position include competitive hourly rates ($20-$24), along with health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K plan, and a fantastic 75% tuition discount for up to two children at our school.

    About You:

    • Experience in working with young children
    • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
    • Recent negative TB test (within the last 12 months)
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers
    • A positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
    • Excitement about enrolling in our fully sponsored Montessori training
