Legal Assistant (m/f/d)

(full-time or part-time, minimum 30 hours/week)

Your tasks:

• You will handle written communication with our debtors and their legal representatives.
• You will clarify the background of payment arrears, find solutions together with the debtors and independently make payment agreements, both in writing and by phone.
• You will pragmatically clarify any discrepancies directly with our clients.
• In more complex cases, you will draft letters based on keywords from our lawyers.
