Position Overview:


Duties:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business goals
• Collaborate with production, and sales departments to ensure efficient delivery of products
• Lead Sourcing projects and manage timelines.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement
• Manage inventory levels to optimize working capital while meeting customer demand
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and reduce waste
• Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators and make datadriven decisions
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function

Skills:

• Proficiency in supply chain management principles and practices
• Experience in production planning and demand forecasting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively
• Familiarity with fabricating processes and materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across departments
• Be proficient in NetSuite MRP planning, Reporting, and Demand planning and general data oversight.

Pay:
$88, $96,264.00 per year
