Currently, we are looking for support for our branch in Carbondale, IL

Employees (m/f/d) in the service area, 21 years and older
Fulltime or parttime (minimum 18 hours/week)

Handling complaints and serving as a point of contact for suppliers and technicians

Ability to work independently
Previous experience in the service industry is preferred, but not required as our team will provide training.
