    We are a top rated pediatric dentistry private office located in Frisco and we are looking for our next front office team member

    We are seeking an enthusiastic individual that is personable and can help our practice continue to grow. We are specifically looking for someone who is interested in taking on the Treatment Coordinator position.

    Must have excellent communication skills, and at least 3 years experience in this position; experience in Open Dental is a bonus We provide benefits Including healthcare insurance, PTO and 4 percent 401k match Our office works as a team and is committed to providing superior services to our patients. We take pride in being a private office where the dentist truly cares about the team and treats the team like his family.

    Job duties include patient check-out, billing, scheduling treatment appointments, accounts receivable, etc. **We ask that you refrain from calling our office to inquire about employment, our office hours are reserved for the care of our patients.**

    Expected schedule: Monday 8am -5pm (non patient days, admin in office day only, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE FOR MONDAYS) Tuesday 8 am- 5pm Wednesday- 8am - 5pm Thursday 8am- 5pm Alternating Fridays and Saturdays 8am-3pm (WE DO NOT WORK EVERY SATURDAY)

    Job Type: Full-time Pay: Dependent on Experience Level

    DETAILED EXPLAINATION OF JOB DUTIES:

    -Coordinating treatment times for patients who need to come back for treatment with nitrous oxide, oral conscious sedation and coordinating IV sedation/ Hospital general anesthesia

    -Maintaining a healthy accounts/receivable for our dental practice

    -Making phone calls/emails/texts to collect outstanding patient balances

    -Completing out itemized patient procedures prior to patients leaving our office

    Verifying dental insurance coverage and fee schedules.

    Confirming patient appointments one/two days prior to their treatment, administering front office daily duties as needed
