About Freetown-Lakeville The Towns of Freetown and Lakeville are thriving rural areas with approximately 25,400 people. The regional school district consists of five schools, from the towns of Lakeville and Freetown.

Four of the schools are located in the town of Lakeville; one Elementary grades K-3, one intermediate school grades 4-5, one middle school grades 6-8, and one high school grades 9-12.

There is one elementary school grade Pre-K -3 located in the town of Freetown.


Requires medium to heavy physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to 50 pounds and occasionally lifting and/or moving objects up to 150 pounds with assistance from co-workers.

Standing for long periods of time.
Ability to work comfortably from a ladder.

Must be able to complete tasks that may require bending, twisting, climbing, squatting, crouching and balancingWork environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.

Work may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises TERMS of EMPLOYMENT:
Full-time position pay scale is based on AFSCME Council 93 Local 1700 Freetown-Lakeville Regional School District Maintenance Salary Schedule
