    We are currently looking for career-minded individuals to fill our entry-level position and grow to fill a role on our management team. The Enrollment Coordinator in conjunction with the rest of the team plays a key role in delivering an exceptional professional and friendly service to all customers and prospective clients. We are a Fortune 500 company traded publicly on the NYSE (GL). We also hold an A+ rating accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

    Providing an exceptional impression and service is a must. We are looking to add a few talented people to our organization as Enrollment Coordinators due a massive 86% growth in 2023 and so far 48% growth YTD in Q1 of 2024. The enrollments are conducted through virtual Zoom meetings with our clients throughout Texas.

    Based on the renewal of our contracts with organizations such as UPS, Kroger, CenturyLink Communications, and numerous others, we are in need of individuals who can help take care of all our clients' needs. Individuals who join our team should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, possess leadership skills, have exceptional people skills, have a desire to develop professionally and, most importantly, be dynamic service professionals with a strong passion for helping people

    Position Responsibilities

    • Communicate with customers via phone, email and text.
    • Process customer requests and orders in a fast-paced environment.
    • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
    • Help customers navigate our programs and place orders both over the phone and in virtual meetings.
    • Work with customers to resolve issues and answer questions.
    • Problem solve under pressure.

    Requirements

    • Able to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Must be responsive and able to work in a fast paced environment when required.
    • Detail-oriented and have the ability to follow up on tasks.
    • Work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
    • Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Some college or degree or business background preferred.
    • 2+ years customer service experience preferred.
    • Good problem solving and ability to think fast.
