- Provide excellent new patient coordination to ensure a positive image of the Aesthetics + Plastic Surgery practice through exceptional communication and customer service.
- Prepare new patients for their initial visit ensuring they have the necessary information for optimal care coordination.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone and email effectively.
- Support cosmetic patients through the consultation process.
- Assist with generating financial quotes and exploring financing options for patients.
- Track and report on consults and surgeries to identify trends and areas of improvement.
- Maintain a conversion tracking spreadsheet.
- Ensure completion of all surgical notes.
- Assist with surgery chart preparations.
- Communicate with patients regarding necessary documentation and preparations for surgery.
- Communicate with patients post-procedure as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and staff.
- Knowledge of basic mathematical operations.
- Ability to problem solve and think logically.
- Capacity to interpret various instructions and information.
- Requires using the telephone, computer, and related devices.
- Good vision and hearing abilities are essential.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- May involve working under stressful conditions.
