Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medication and monitor vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and outings
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Implement behavior management techniques for clients with challenging behaviors
- Provide specialized care for seniors and individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments
Skills:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of basic medical procedures and ability to take vital signs
- Experience in nursing homes or other healthcare settings is a plus
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and HIPAA regulations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt to different care needs and work effectively in a team environment
- Patience, empathy, and compassion for individuals requiring care
Job Type:

Pay:
$ $12.00 per hour
