My client is an established and continuously growing software company that has been on the market for over 10 years. Their core product is a cloud-based software platform for cross-channel distribution of crucial product information. This platform connects retailers and manufacturers of branded products from various industries worldwide. In order to ensure continuous growth and further advance customer acquisition, we are looking for a Team Lead Customer Acquisition (m/f/d) for the Council Bluffs area in a permanent position (direct placement).
Your new challenge
- Leading the new customer team of currently 5 employees
- Expanding the new customer team to up to 10 employees
- Onboarding new employees
- Setting an example, including personal sales activities
- Continuing to work on onboarding scripts, materials, and processes
- Developing sales scripts and pitches
- Ensuring the achievement of the new customer team's goals
- Reporting to the sales management
- Conducting feedback discussions with employees
- Ensuring the working environment and performance of the new customer team
Your profile
- Completed degree in business administration or a similar field of study, alternatively a completed commercial apprenticeship
- At least 5 years of
