Role Purpose Statement:


The job incumbent is responsible for all sales activities related to the Key Accounts United and Alaska to develop and implement the Key Account strategy, in line with the global sales strategy and processes.

He/she is the key interface between the customer(s) and LSG Group and manages the overall relationship worldwide.


Main Accountabilities:


  • Responsible for the implementation of the global processes and standards in the Key Account Team, incl. in all fulfilment centers of the region
  • Responsible for all sales & key account management activities related to the Key Account and for the implementation of the global key account strategies
  • Develop the global key account strategy and is responsible to orchestrate all regions and Business units of LSG Group around this strategy
  • Ensure that existing customer contracts are retained, new business is acquired and profitability optimized in alignment with the Sales strategy. This includes the devel
- opment of specific customer concepts.

  • Leads negotiations for LSG Group with the Key Account in tender processes and/or contract reviews, incl. developing of tender strategy, ensuring compliance with
- corporate governance, adherence to timelines etc.

  • Ensure that contracts are in place for all services provided to the customer and that contract terms are being adhered to in a timely manner worldwide
  • Contribute to the definition of global standards and process optimization in providing proactively feedback on the regionals sales activities
  • Contribute to the definition of the regional strategy in analysing the customer's strategy, requirements and needs as well as the competitive environment
  • Responsible for information relevant to LSG strategy, specifically information on contracts durations, business volume, market trends and customer requirements
  • Acts as the representative of the customers within the LSG Group organization and coordinates activities with relevant interfaces

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:


  • University degree in economics, business management or associated
  • Profound experience of at least 57 years in sales and customer service management with a global scope
  • Exposure and experience in an international environment and intercultural sensitivity
  • Proven communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build business relationship and interact with customers
  • Skillful in handling all stakeholder groups and creating networks
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
