Job Description-

Lochow Ranch Pond and Lake Management LLC is a fast growing and adaptive company looking for quality, driven, and career-oriented individuals.

The Facility Maintenance and Mechanical Technician will be under the general direction and supervision of the Fleet Manager / Facilities Director and will have the opportunity to help keep the company thriving by performing a variety of diverse maintenance and mechanical duties.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Maintain an extremely clean and orderly workspace and upkeep of landscaping and company grounds.
Work independently on routine and recurring assignments and may assist skilled technicians in performing more complex tasks.
Load and deliver equipment when needed to various locations.
Perform a wide variety of semiskilled and skilled trade activities in support of facility maintenance, ensuring company buildings are in proper working condition, to include inspecting, repairing and maintaining existing and/or new facilities, systems, fixtures and equipment; installing and performing minor plumbing and a variety of related activities. Small engine repair helpful.
Monitor and maintain inventory of crucial parts and equipment for emergency repairs, maintaining compliance with all codes.
Communicate work to be performed and completed to upper management.
Help with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications-

High School or Equivalent.
Clean Driving Record and Valid Drivers License.
Maintenance experience (PVC/Plumbing, Landscape, Light Electrical, Small Engine Repair).
Problem solving skills.
Available for possible oncall duty, evening shifts, and weekends.
Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and in adverse weather.

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
