Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team.
As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audit procedures efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest checkins and checkouts during the night shift
- Manage reservations and assist with guest inquiries
- Process financial transactions including posting charges to guest accounts
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and balances
- Prepare daily reports for hotel management
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services
- Bilingual skills are a plus

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
