- Leading and coordinating complex equipment and system development projects, such as flight control, landing gear, or electronics
- Project management of an interdisciplinary development team consisting of employees from various departments and partners
- Evaluating time and economic risks
- Ensuring compliance with time and cost schedules
- Establishing and structuring complex project plans
- Creating and coordinating work packages
- Being the main point of contact for customers regarding project status, adherence to deadlines and budgets, and technical progress
- Initiating improvements through optimization and feasibility analyses
Bring your strengths: Your qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar qualification
- Extensive experience and additional qualifications in project management, preferably in the aviation industry
- Resource orientation, communication skills, and assertiveness
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project is an advantage
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
