Call Center Agent (m/f/d) in Debt Management


Full-time and part-time positions available (including opportunities for working students)
in Essen (in the heart of the Ruhr region)

Your specialty:

  • You always have an open ear and find the right words.
  • You conscientiously remind our customers of outstanding payments and conduct productive negotiations with debtors for settlements or installment payments.
  • Relevant parties - from customers to lawyers, banks, and bailiffs - see you as a competent contact person.
