Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Office and Property Administrator to join our team.As an Assistant Office and Property Administrator, you will be responsible for following the direction of the Business and Property manager in a variety of settings including ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service to tenants.
We are looking for an individual with the following experience/skills:- Experienced QuickBooks and Microsoft office.
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of sales tax.
- Can follow directions.
- Can work independently as needed.
- Open to learning multiple sides of the business.
- Must be able to multi task and deal with people at all levels vendors, customers and coworkers.
Duties:
- Light bookkeeping using QuickBooks including data entry, deposit processing, bank reconciliations.
- Filing Sales tax.
- Assisting busy professional with various multiple tasks.
- Filling in lease documents for review by manager.
- Meeting Vendors.
- Help conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with company standards
- Assist in coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors and vendors
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate records of property expenses, income, and maintenance activities
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants
