We are currently seeking a


Executive Assistant (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • Independently handle all assistant tasks such as organizing meetings, business trips, and conferences
  • Booking of trainings
  • Communication of projects, animations, information, and internal announcements
  • Support in developing concepts, presentations, and reports
  • Processing of orders, invoices, and travel expense reports
  • Handling of customer inquiries
  • Communication and project coordination with parent and sister companies in Germany and abroad
  • Ensuring implementation of local marketing activities
  • Planning, preparation, and execution of events
  • Management of secondary network partners in the area of joint advertising and advertising budget
  • Ordering of business equipment
  • Monitoring of local marketing budget

Our requirements:


  • Completed commercial education
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Absolute discretion in handling confidential information
  • Organizational and management skills as well as teamwork ability
  • Serviceoriented and highly flexible work style
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle stress
  • Solid experience with online portals for travel booking, time tracking, fuel cost reimbursement, etc.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Power Point
  • Adaptability in dealing with different business partners
  • Fluent in German and English, good knowledge of French is an advantage
