Job DescriptionThe Mental Health Association (MHA) is hiring immediately for Outreach workers. The outreach workers perform a variety of duties to assist participants with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, brain injuries, mental health issues, and/or substance abuse issues to obtain and maintain quality housing and to provide the necessary support to enable participants to independently live in the community. Perform responsibilities professionally, in collaboration with other team members in accordance with MHA's Core Values (Respect, Integrity, and Compassion), policies, practices, program funding and applicable regulatory agency guidelines.
