Your tasks:


  • You ensure the optimal visual appearance of our store, as you have an eye for the right aesthetics and a knack for creative implementation.
  • You implement the visual store guidelines with great attention to detail according to our DEPOT standards.
  • You stage and decorate our constantly changing assortment with finesse.
  • You inspire our customers with your decoration tips and promote a serviceoriented customer service, even at the cash register.
  • You carefully check and control incoming goods and take care of merchandise processing.
  • You are the first point of contact for all matters related to visual merchandising and are responsible for training and onboarding store employees.

Your qualifications:


  • You have completed a vocational training as a visual marketing designer, florist, or a comparable education.
  • You have several years of professional experience, ideally in a retail company.
  • You are passionate about the DEPOT concept and a store layout with attention to detail.
  • You are skilled in craftsmanship and have a sense for decorative presentations, colors, shapes, and trends.
  • You have a strong customer and service orientation and enjoy working on the sales floor.
  • You are highly motivated, physically fit, and willing to show extra effort during peak times.


Your individual working hours may vary between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm, depending on the store's personnel schedule (possibly earlier or later depending on the season and location).
