Specializing in precision machined components, anodization, and thermal spray coatings, we have locations in Northern California and Phoenix, Arizona.     CNC Programmer DESCRIPTION:

    We are looking for a CNC Programmer to develop intricate programs for precision parts on various CNC Milling machines. Proficiency in Mastercam Milling software is essential for optimizing machining processes. Collaborate with programming teams to leverage the latest technologies for efficient machining. Additionally, oversee training and documentation for CNC machining processes.

    CNC Programmer ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    • Analyze drawings, specifications, and design data to create CNC programs
    • Collaborate on manufacturing processes for machined parts
    • Plan and document fixtures and setup instructions
    • Generate machine programs and manage encoding for machining processes
    • Work with setup personnel for part setup and program prove-out
    • Revise programs to enhance processes and eliminate errors
    • Oversee programs and setups for production efficiency
    • Identify and implement technological improvements
    • Conduct training on programming capabilities
    • Document programming standards and procedures
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations

    CNC Programmer RECOMMENDED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS:

    • Mastercam or equivalent CAM system training certificate
    • GD&T certification
    • 6 sigma Green belt

    CNC Programmer EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • Certifications or Bachelor's degree in Machine Tool Technologies or relevant field
    • 7+ years of CNC programming experience
    • Proficiency in Mastercam and high-speed machining techniques
    • Understanding of probing systems and tool monitoring
    • Experience with horizontal mills and manufacturing cells
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD/CAM software
    • Analytical and planning abilities
    • Mathematical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to interpret complex documents and manage projects
    • Skilled in creating and delivering presentations
