Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/operator to join our team.

As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating and modifying programs that control the operation of precision machining equipment.

This is a key role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our machines produce high-quality parts according to specifications.

We design and build high end fiberglass aftermarket parts for Harleys. Our main production process is infusion.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify CNC programs using Fusion 360
• Set up and operate our CNC Router
• Select and install appropriate tooling for each job
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary
• Conduct quality control inspections using precision measuring instruments
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Experience:

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software, Fusion 360
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and techniques
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and quality control procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills

We are looking for someone that can do it all. Programming and running our CNC Router. The router is a Laguna 5x10 with 36" Z axis. We will be using the cnc for cutting molds and prototype parts from various types of tooling board.
