General Notes

Purpose

Coordinate final exams testing for UT High School students.

Establish systems and procedures and communicate with internal and external partners to ensure timely and accurate processing, scoring, and grade reporting.


Responsibilities:


  • Support online testing processes and technology needs for internal and external partners. Coordinate student services customer support by interacting with internal and external partners including UTHS administrative assistants, specialists, and coordinators as well as district partners. Provide technology support services to students, parents, educators, and staff. Enter data in registration and enrollment systems including exam requests, course registration, and specialty services. Support partner school district requests, enrollments, extensions, and invoicing. Maintain student records related to testing and score reporting and enter student data into the Skyward SIS aligned to staterequired PEIMS reporting standards.
  • Oversee archiving, grade report distribution, and records retention in paper and online formats for Final Exams. Assist with exam distribution as needed to fill partner school and individual student requests. Enter registrations and mail out exams. Assist with PEIMS data reports and data entry and student registration and records requests to meet staterequired data specifications. Occasional lifting and moving of boxes for archiving purposes, crosstraining to provide support for a variety of UTHS programs. Other related functions as assigned.
Required Qualifications

BA/BS degree. Four years of customer service experience. Experience with student services. Experience with database, excel, and registration (core MS Office products) Effective written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual (Spanish) BA/BS in Education, Comp Science, and Information Systems More than one year of student services experience. Experience with Skyward, Canvas, desktop support, exams, and registration.

Hourly Rate

$20.00

Working Conditions- Attire: Business Casual- Standard Office Environment, Repetitive use of keyboard at a workstation, Lifting, pushing, or pulling.

Work Shift- Hours per week - 40- The work hours are from - 4:30- Hybrid-remote schedule, with three days in the office, TBD
