Housekeeping Supervisor 100% (m/f/d)

What you will do

Planning, coordinating and monitoring cleaning tasks throughout the resort
Close collaboration with the external cleaning company and all departments
Ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of cleaning tasks for the apartments
Coordinating and constantly monitoring inventory of linens
Compliance with HACCP regulations and company standards
Contributing to the optimization of quality assurance and guest satisfaction by checking the apartments
Ordering necessary cleaning and work materials
Performing administrative tasks specific to the department as needed

What you bring

Professional experience in a similar position
Resilience and physical robustness
Warm, hospitable personality
Experience with common computer programs such as MS Office and hotel software (e.g. SIHOT)
Experience in room/apartment cleaning and general housekeeping is an advantage
Thorough and reliable work ethic with an eye for detail
Good German and English skills, additional foreign languages are welcome
