Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the training system, communicating with process owners to ensure all local employees meet training requirements
  • Update required training following the departmental training matrix and award credit
  • Retain training records
  • Participate in customer and thirdparty audits of the training management system
  • Conduct training with new hires
  • Contribute to team goals by sharing ideas, providing training assistance, and identifying opportunities to improve training processes and conserve training resources

Qualifications

  • One (1) year of prior quality experience in a manufacturing environment required
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident

Salary Range:
$47,445 to $53,500 Depending on experience
