We are currently looking for:

Machine and Plant Operator for the Ball Blasting System (m/f/d)

Your Profile

  • Technical understanding of surface finishing
  • Completed technical or manual training or equivalent qualification

Experience in operating ball blasting systems is advantageous (but not mandatory)

  • Knowledge of ball blasting of metal parts
  • Independent work style
  • High reliability
  • Ability to handle heavy workload

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating, repairing, and maintaining the system
  • Ball blasting (mechanical cleaning) of customer parts
  • Performing minor repairs
  • Adjusting parameters
  • Preparing and organizing parts for processing
  • Hanging and removing metal and aluminum parts of various sizes and weights
  • Monitoring the system
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area
  • Managing the blasting material inventory
