Training as a Management Assistant in the Healthcare Sector - Cross-Functional Expert (m/f/d)

With this training, we offer you the opportunity to gain insight into various areas of management in the healthcare sector. You will rotate between different training locations within the region and thus gain an overview of insurance topics, customer consultation, and other focal points across departments.

You want to...
  • understand how the healthcare system and social insurance work with a business background,
  • advise our customers in person and over the phone on the diverse products and extensive services of the Techniker Krankenkasse (TK),
  • learn how to passionately win and advise customers on all questions related to health insurance with competence and individuality,
  • prove that you not only have the theory down, but also the practice,
  • actively contribute to finding the optimal balance between benefits and costs.
