General Manager at Dry Cleaner - Mesa, United States - Happy Cleaners

This is an incredible opportunity as we are looking to grow this company to 5-10 locations by the end of 2024


Responsibilities:

• Running operations of single store (spotting, cleaning, etc)
• Oversee production team (3 pressers, 1 assembly, 1 seamstress), front desk staff, front desk drawer close out each day
• Materials purchasing
• P/L management
• Schedule staff members and provide performance feedback
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and maximize revenue
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any guest issues or concerns
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the dry cleaning business
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate activities and ensure smooth operations
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
• INVOLVEMENT in Hiring and Firing (will have support by the corporate team)

Qualifications:

• 2+ Years Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality or service industry. (preferably at a dry cleaner)
• 2+ Years Operations management or similar experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and vendors
• Ability to make strategic decisions to achieve business objectives
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities

You will NOT be responsible for the following:

Marketing/advertising

Business Licensing/Administration Tasks

Bookkeeping

Accounting


Pay:
$60, $85,000.00 per year
