    Superintendent opportunity on Mission Critical / Life Science projects in Orange County - Tenant Improvement

    Specialized General Contractor in Orange County that focuses on Life Science, Higher Education, Mission Critical and Commercial Tenant Improvement projects.

    Currently seeking an experienced Superintendent to join a specialized General Contractor that focuses on Tenant Improvement projects in the Life Science, Higher Education, and Mission Critical industries.

    This role is responsible for planning and ensuring the coordination of construction projects and is responsible for managing the project schedule, overall site safety, and enforcement of safety practices with all job site workers
    Enforce site safety policies and administer weekly safety meetings.
    ~Schedule and attend inspections.
    ~Maintain positive relationship with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
    ~Responsible for overall quality.
    ~Ability to manage large scale, complex projects.
    ~Ability to manage multiple medium to large size projects.

    Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory role on commercial tenant improvement projects.
    ~Must have experience working in a supervisory role on OSHPD / pharmaceutical / life science type projects
    ~Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
    ~Proficient in Procore or Microsoft Office
