    Description
    The Construction Superintendent will oversee all aspects of their assigned project from planning to completion. They will be responsible for coordination of field teams, managing budgets, building schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations. They are currently working on a few commercial projects across the OC and LA area. Manage the life cycle of projects, including planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure.
    Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation, in collaboration with key stakeholders.
    Effectively communicate project goals, progress, and challenges to internal teams and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment.
    Coordinate and facilitate regular project meetings, providing clear agendas, minutes, and action items to drive progress and accountability.
    Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively developing contingency plans to ensure project success.

    Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define project scope, customer requirements, and contractual obligations, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

    Monitor project budget, resource utilization, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.

    Knowledge of construction software:
    Procore, MS Projects, Primavera P6, Bluebeam
    ~ Strong project management skills with demonstrated track record of successfully completed projects
    ~ Health, Dental, Vision insurance
