We are opening up a full time position for Warehouse Team Lead in its air conditioned warehouse located in Upland, CA.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our team.
As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely handling of materials and products.
This is a crucial role in maintaining the smooth flow of goods and optimizing warehouse productivity.Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, training, and performance management
- Oversee the receiving, storing, and distribution of materials and products
- Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts and audits
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of operations
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels, shipments, and order fulfillment
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Lead / Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and materials handling processes
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels of the organization
- Strong problemsolving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
- Familiarity with logistics processes, including shipping and receiving procedures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed

From $16.00 per hour
