Who are we looking for?

The RCM Operations Analyst, Radiology will be responsible for supporting Account Managers, revenue cycle team members and customers in generating reports, auditing, and automating revenue cycle workflows.

You will be able to leverage data to tell a story at all levels of the organization using strong communication and problem-solving skills.

You must be highly analytical with strong customer service skills.

What does the position pay:

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $55,000 - $73,000 annual compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.

What will you do?

Audit and correct medical Contract Bills/Invoices within billing software.
Timely and accurately audit posted charges or move charges to correct module in billing software.
Analyze trends in errors for Contract Bills/Invoices.
Receive and open electronic tickets for client requests and determine correct course of action.
Work with the Account Managers to provide customer reporting and present analytics.
Monitor the ongoing effectiveness of processes and adjust as necessary.
Complete adhoc projects and reports for team and business partners as required.

What education and experience do you need?

A combination of the following education and experience factors will be considered:
BA/BS in Business, Finance, Healthcare IT/Mgt, or equivalent degree.
Analytic thought process for investigating issues, identifying root causes, and resolving them.
High comfort level working with teams, as well as work independently with little supervision.
MS Excel experience required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
