NIGHT AUDITOR - Weekends a Must

Associates are paid weekly

SUMMARY:
Manage numerical data accurately to maintain financial records. Perform routine financial tasks to compile essential financial information for guest accounts. Verify the precision of calculations and postings related to business transactions. Additionally, assist hotel guests by assigning rooms, managing reservations, and processing payments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Review and analyze all adjustments.
• Understand accounting processes for the front office.
• Ensure accurate posting of charges to guest accounts.
• Post room taxes accordingly.
• Balance front office charges and miscellaneous adjustments.
• Complete necessary reports with supporting documentation.
• Handle phone calls and check-ins.
• Attend mandatory meetings.
• Report unsafe conditions promptly.
• Complete assigned duties and cross-training as required.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Demonstrate respect and teamwork in all interactions.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:

• Standing at the front desk frequently.
• Repetitive motions involving stooping, twisting, and crouching.
• Lifting and carrying objects up to 20 lbs.
• Pushing and pulling objects up to 20 lbs.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Exposure to various environmental factors.
• Adherence to safety standards.
• Exposure to office equipment noise.

Qualifications:

• Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Hotel industry experience beneficial.
• Valid Driver License may be required.
