- Teach students with diverse learning needs across all grade levels, adapting instruction to meet individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Develop and implement engaging and differentiated lesson plans that address academic, social, and behavioral goals.
- Complete required paperwork and documentation, including IEPs, progress reports, and assessments, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage schedules and coordinate services to ensure the effective delivery of special education services.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching license/certification in Special Education (or eligibility for certification).
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs across all grade levels preferred.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
