Weber Gallagher is seeking a Litigation Associate to join our growing Delaware office. Our Delaware office has experienced exponential growth, and we are searching for another great addition to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will defend insured and selfinsured clients in high exposure cases in diverse areas of general liability.
- Responsible for case management, discovery, and participation in hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and assist in developing legal arguments.
