We, the OFW, are a successful and rapidly growing catering company located in St. Martin, OH. Our production facilities at various locations in Germany produce several thousand meals daily. We supply meals to kindergartens, schools, hospitals, and also provide meals for refugees.

At our in-house facility in Gröbenzell near Munich, we produce high-quality meat and sausage products as well as ready-made meals for the retail and wholesale food industry with a strong focus on sustainability.

Your responsibilities:


  • Managing a canteen at a refugee shelter
  • Coordinating operational processes
  • Supporting various tasks within the work area
  • Monitoring food and work equipment
  • Ordering and monitoring canteen supplies
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene guidelines (HACCP) and workplace safety
  • Leading and motivating the canteen team
  • Communicating and coordinating with customers and other departments

Your profile:


  • Completed training in the food service industry is an advantage, but we also welcome applicants with different backgrounds
  • Aboveaverage attention to detail, reliability, and hygiene awareness
