Your tasks:

  • Responsibility for the economic and technical planning as well as implementation of supply technology in new, conversion and expansion buildings, modernizations and renovations in the field of science and research according to HOAI §53
  • Project/technical project management for the trades of supply technology (sanitary, heating, air conditioning, usage-specific systems)
  • Coordination and management of internal specialist planners within the Planning and Construction department as well as external planning offices for projects
  • Performing client duties
  • Participation in contract negotiations with external planning participants (specialist engineers)
  • Technical analysis and evaluation of externally created supply technology concepts under economic, safety and energy aspects (EnEV and Sustainable Building)
  • Consulting of scientific departments regarding construction tasks

Your profile:

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in building services engineering with a focus on supply technology or a comparable field of study
  • Experience in planning, implementing and coordinating construction projects for science, industry and medical facilities
