Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, online chat, or social media
  • Provide solutions to problems
  • Collect, maintain, and monitor customer master data as part of the onboarding process (including KYC/AML checks)
  • Analyze, evaluate, and prepare information for audit and reporting purposes (financial institutions, FMA)

Qualifications:

  • Possess a work permit for Germany or Austria
  • Commercial or technical vocational training
  • At least 4 years of experience as an employee of a financial service provider (e.g. bank, insurance
