Client Advisor (m/f/d) for a luxury brand in
Nuremberg in full-time, part-time, or student assistant capacity.


At our consultancy, we work with various companies in the luxury, premium, and high-premium sectors throughout Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, and Berlin.


Responsibilities as a Client Advisor:

  • The Client Advisor represents the company to customers in boutiques/stores, is an expert in selling luxury goods, and is responsible for the satisfaction and loyalty of each customer.
  • He/She works to achieve the qualitative and quantitative goals set in his/her department and in the store.
  • He/She is versatile and constantly works in the service of the business, with the goal of achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • He/She is focused on the brand's style and quality standards throughout the sales process and after the sale.
  • He/She works with colleagues to create a positive environment in the store and maintains a high level of performance.
  • He/She receives and presents products according to established procedures.
  • He/She maintains a clean work area according to company policies.
  • He/She is responsible for the sales process according to company standards ("Brand Selling Ceremony").
