- Support training for operational staff.
- Formulate curricula for training programs.
- Conduct need assessments.
- Create content for training courses and resources.
- Develop tailored curricula objectives.
- Measure effectiveness of training materials.
- Assist in test development for student proficiency.
- Provide technical assistance on training compliance.
- Recommend curricula revisions.
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS).
- Create training materials for in-person and online sessions.
- Refine job aids and resources.
- Provide feedback on learner progress.
- Facilitate remediation training.
- Ensure project compliance with ISO standards.
- Conduct specialized training courses.
- Stay updated on instructional design best practices.

- Minimum 18 years old.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in background investigations.
- Preferred experience with Instructional Design software tools.
- Experience in creating training resources.
- General LMS administration experience.

- Proficiency in MS Office, internet, and collaboration tools.

The Training Specialist will lead training webinars, facilitate courses, and develop curriculum and materials.
REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCE:
Applicants should hold an active Secret clearance and be eligible for a U.S. Government Top Secret clearance crossover.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Thorough knowledge of background investigation processes, personnel security management, Federal Investigative Standards (FIS), and experience in planning, organizing, and facilitating training programs with knowledge of instructional design and training software.
