We are currently looking for a
Employee (m/f/d) for the Chief Physician's Secretariat Surgery (general surgery, trauma surgery and orthopedics, vascular surgery)
in part-time (25 hours per week)

Independent organization of a chief physician's secretariat with 2 chief physicians together with two other colleagues
Professional organization of appointments, preparation and follow-up of appointments
Support of the chief physicians in information and representation tasks
Reception and telephone support for patients and visitors
Preparation of correspondence, including medical reports

You have successfully completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d)
You ideally have professional experience in organizing a chief physician's secretariat
You are proficient and confident in using MS Office products
You have very good knowledge of medical terminology
You are characterized by independent, structured and reliable
