The BDC Specialist position has a base hourly pay + commission pay scale.

Job Duties:

Handling sales inquiries via phone/internet, making approx calls/day, setting appointments for the sales team.
Work closely with sales and service associates following through on all internet leads, and phone calls on a daily basis.
Commission consists of Appointments Shown & Sold, with bonuses paid for volume, averages, and consistency.
Team Environment we all work together to provide the best customer experience.

We track your metrics daily to ensure we are maximizing your opportunity, as well as providing the best experience for our clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

Excellent PC skills with Microsoft office products.
Must be able to effectively complete tasks in a deadlinedriven environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization with great attention to detail.
Self Motivated.
Pleasant phone voice with great people skills.
Must be able to perform in a fast paced environment.
Must have an energetic phone personality and able to handle concerned customers.
Must be able to work fulltime hours, some nights, Saturdays, and/or Sundays.
