Your responsibilities:

Managing the "Innovation & Excellence E&IC / Digitalization" group in the Polysilicon business unit (GB-P)
Consolidating, evaluating, and supporting all activities and projects related to digitalization in the Digital-Operations area, with the goal of sustainably improving the profitability of the business unit at a high speed that meets market requirements
Supporting the design of efficient process flow and data concepts through indepth knowledge of both GB-P processes and IT systems and capabilities
Developing new methods and processes in the areas of EMR and special measurement technology, including image processing, sound measurement, other sensors, and utilizing the possibilities of data science / data engineering & AI
Transforming the acquired information into improvements in our production process with interdisciplinary teams and their subject matter experts
Ensuring the latest technologies in measurement and automation are applied in our processes to keep our development department innovative in the long term
Acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills for the team
