Crafco, Inc. has an opening for a Maintenance Supervisor at our manufacturing plant in DeKalb, IL.

Are you mechanically inclined? Know how to repair and maintain building, industrial, and/or manufacturing equipment? We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to manage the maintenance and upkeep of our manufacturing plant and its equipment in our DeKalb, IL.

facility.

Specific duties:

Responsible for inspecting and monitoring all assets for proper operation and mechanical condition. Supervise results of inspections and necessary actions.
Performing preventative maintenance as required and necessary emergency repairs as needed in a safe, professional manner.
Maintain a detailed equipment log identifying all repairs, inspections and the results of these repairs and inspections.
Conduct the plant preventative maintenance program in accordance with requirements of the program.
Assist in installation of new projects or upgrading projects.
Must be willing to work over time and various shifts when required.

Qualifications:

General knowledge of plumbing, heating, ventilating, electrical and machinery maintenance. Equivalent of 13 years of trade school.
3 5 years experience in the maintenance field
