- Perform the duty of packaging rolls as it is produced on the machine per work order instructions.
- Obtains material for processing from inventory bins. Advises supervisor if damaged, defective or missing material is found.
- Performs machine set-ups according to standard procedures or work order plans provided by supervisor.
- Checks operating controls and safety stops on equipment prior to operating equipment.
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.
- Reviews work order / drawings and resolves conflicts.
- Produces and packs product manufactured per work order instructions during shift.
- Must maintain Airtech lift cart certification.
- Notifies supervisor or manager of any potential safety hazards
Skills:production, General production, operate, packaging, material handling - High school diploma OR equivalent work experience
- MUST have 2 years of experience in heavy lifting / general labor, heavy machine operating, or construction
- Experience working with large parts or materials (4 ft +)
- Must have legible handwriting skills.
- Understand oral and written instructions.
- Able to maintain effective working relationships with other employees.
- Basic computer skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs (occasionally)
MUST have good job tenure. If they have had 3 jobs in 3 years, they will not be considered. -
