Project Manager / Project Leader Product Development
Remote / Germany
Salary: 65,000€
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for projects in the field of product development for insurance companies
- Planning, conceptualization, and execution of projects and sub-projects
- Evaluation of project results and analysis of risks and potential for improvement
- Creation of comprehensive project and resource plans with detailed goals, milestones, timelines, and resources
- Planning and moderation of project meetings
- Documentation of project progress and creation of final reports
Your Profile:
- Completed degree in business administration or commercial training with relevant qualifications in project management
- Several years of experience in project management in an agile environment, ideally in the insurance sector
- Independent and results-oriented work style
- Teamwork and willingness to exchange ideas
- Willingness to take on responsibility and experience the dynamics of a scale-up
- Negotiation skills in German and very good English skills
