Director of CEO Strategic Support

The Director of CEO Strategic Support plays a crucial role in advancing the strategic vision of the CEO. A key aspect of this position is fostering seamless communication and collaboration between the executive team and the Board of Directors.

Assistant Corporate Secretary: Forge a strong partnership with the Corporate Secretary to keep the board well-informed, engaged, and aligned with the organization's goals. Manage all aspects of board communication and relationship building to promote transparency and shared understanding.

Associate Chief of Staff: Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to provide strategic guidance and operational oversight. Act as a key advisor in managing priorities, improving processes, and enhancing interdepartmental communication for organizational efficiency.


Responsibilities include:
  • Strategic Planning & Alignment: Align board priorities with organizational goals, provide insights for decision-making.
  • Executive Leadership Coordination: Organize Executive Leadership Team around shared goals.
  • Executive-Level Searches: Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding of senior leaders.
  • Board Communication: Serve as the main contact for the executive team and board.
  • Meeting Management: Coordinate logistics for board meetings.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships between the board and leadership.
  • Governance Support: Assist the board in fulfilling governance responsibilities.
  • Board Development: Coordinate orientation and training for new members.

Executive Office Management: Supervise daily operations of the executive office, ensuring smooth workflow and decision-making.
