    Description

    What you would be doing:
    The restorative care nursing assistant plays a vital role in our resident's care goals at The Orchards.

    Our RCNA's establish caring relationships with our rehabilitative care residents to promote their ability to adopt and adjust to living as independently, as possible.

    Through your care, support, training, motivation and encouragement our resident's will have a better experience.

    What your work schedule would be:


    Choose from 4, 6, 8 and 12 hour shifts to create a schedule that is a match from your commitments and the needs of our residents.


    The successful candidate:

    • A certified nurse assistant in the State of Michigan or a graduate of a state approved nursing assistant training program with the ability to complete the state competency examination (written and skills) within 120 days or employment.
    • Preferably has experience as a Restorative Nurse Aide or like position.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting with residents, families, and staff members.

    • Your hourly wage is based on years of experience. Our staring wage, shift differentials and per pay period attendance bonus make our wages highly competitive and hard to beat.
