    Description
    Throughout the Gardner family's ownership of Superior Trim, we have made, and continue to make, significant investments to ensure that Superior Trim has all of the appropriate technologies in-house and available to produce cost-competitive, high-quality interior and exterior trim products for medium/heavy duty trucks and other commercial vehicles that our customers expectSuperior Trim
    • Formed Products is looking for an energetic Quality Manager to lead our Quality team and initiatives.
    This person will be directly responsible for implementing, executing, auditing, and overseeing all aspects of quality assurance in the plant.

    Job duties (include but are not limited to):
    Gain competencies in company production processesManage EMS/QMS in agreeance with certification requirementsOversee the documented control and inspection of raw materials to finished goodsMonitor and report relevant KPI of defined processesManage internal and external quality concerns and themesDocumentation and follow-up per certification and QMSManage and direct staff supporting day to day operations and projectsCurrently one Quality Technician reports to Quality ManagerArrange and oversee internal/external auditing functions maintaining certificationsLead and/or support various product improvement/scrap reduction projectsGeneration and championing continuous improvement and cost reduction themesDevelopment of value-add relationships with Customer(s)

    Engineering/New ModelProduction/QualityPositional Requirements:
    At least 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or equivalentExperience managing quality systems auditsExperience with IATF 16949 standards and auditsHigh School diploma required, Associate or Bachelors degree in a related field desired
