Description
We are looking for you to join the School Administration Office of the state capital Stuttgart. The position is part-time (60%) and permanent. An increase of an additional 40% is possible on a temporary basis.


The School Administration Office, with over 900 employees, fulfills all school administration tasks for the approximately 150 municipal schools of all types.

The Department of School Development Planning designs and manages the sustainable and needs-based development of the Stuttgart school landscape in all areas of school administration, based on current pedagogical, demographic, and sociological knowledge.

It includes a total of six multi-professional departments.


Your main tasks:
Responsible school development planning for the assigned general education schools (primary schools, secondary schools, high schools, community schools, special needs schools) including analysis of the current space situation and development of a needs-based and future-oriented school infrastructure, including corresponding space utilization concepts
Conception and development of solutions for sustainable school location structures within the framework of regional school development planning, as well as forecasting demand development and determining the necessary school and classroom supply

Implementation and coordination of school organizational measures, including support, advice, and involvement of school communities in change processes, as well as planning, organizing, and conducting construction participation and development processes, e.g.

"Phase 0", establishment and further development of inclusive school offerings
